Royal Jelly For Weight Loss
Boost energy and physical activity with Royal jelly

Royal Jelly And How It Works

Royal jelly is so complex that it hasn’t yet been possible to fully analyze its components which make it impossible to be synthesized in a lab.  We do know that royal jelly contains the following: natural hormones, all of the B-complex vitamins and it is rich in pantothenic acid. It also consists of nucleic acids, essential amino acids, essential fatty acids (especially Omega 3's), acetyl choline, lecithin, collagen and gamma globulin which are key component of the immune system.

Royal jelly is a honey bee secretion that is used in the nutrition of the bee larvae. It is secreted from the hypopharyngeal glands in the heads of young worker bees and used (among other substances) to feed the young larvae in the colony. If a queen is desired or needed in the hive, a chosen larva will receive large quantities of royal jelly as its only food source for the first 4 days of its growth. These rapid, early feeding triggers the development of queen bee physical properties, including the fully developed ovaries needed to lay millions of eggs.

Royal jelly is produced by removing the movable frame hives to produce queen bees. Royal jelly is collected from each individual cell when the queen bee larvae are about four days old. It is collected from queen cells because these are the only cells in which quantities are deposited; when royal jelly is then fed to worker bee larvae, it is fed directly and exclusively to them, and they consume it right as it is produced, because the cells of queen larvae are filled with royal jelly much faster than the larvae can consume it harvesters will take from these cells for pure jelly.

When humans consume royal jelly, they experience an energy boost.  When consumed on a daily basis one can feel a sustained boost of energy that can help fight fatigue and aid in sleep at night.  Some believe this is largely because of the B complex that is in the jelly and others believe it’s the unknown components that scientists still do not know how to analyze. Either way, the regular consumption of royal jelly on a daily basis can help boost energy and even aid in weight loss because of more physical activity.
