Loose Weight With Bitter Orange Extract
Bitter Orange Extract
Bitter orange is also known as citrus aurantium. Bitter orange has bee used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat chest congestion and stimulate gastrointestinal functions. In the past few years bitter orange has been marketed for weight loss but high dosages of bitter orange may place too much stress on the heart. Bitter orange supplements are not recommended to those with high blood pressure or pre-existing heart disease.

Bitter Orange Extract is a fat burner, energy pill, that increases metabolism, increases caloric expenditure, promotes weight loss, and increases energy levels. Synephrine is the primary active alkaloid in Bitter Orange. Synephrine stimulates your body’s adrenal gland promoting effective fat burning, appetite suppression and natural energy.

The Bitter Orange tree is indigenous to eastern Africa, Arabia, and Syria, and cultivated in Spain, Italy, and North America. The dried outer peel of the fruit of Bitter Orange, with the white pulp layer removed, is used medicinally. The leaves are also commonly used in many folk traditions. It is also called seville orange, zhi shi, chongcao, green orange, and sour orange.

Bitter orange is a naturally occurring weight loss ingredient that came into popularity when ephedra was banned by the FDA. The diet and weight loss companies hit the ground running looking for the next big ingredient and Bitter Orange was that choice. According to information found online, the natural oil is used as an appetite suppressant when taken as a standalone ingredient or as part of a weight loss supplement.

The Bitter Orange extract used in weight loss products is taken from the orange peel of the Bitter Orange. The active ingredient in the Bitter Orange peel is synephrine. There has been concern that using synephrine, which was the replacement ingredient for weight loss supplements after the ban of ephedra, can cause health issues. Ephedra, or ephedrine, works in the same way on the body as synephrine. The body reactions include blood vessel constriction, an increase in blood pressure and an increase in heart rate.

For all those looking to take bitter orange extract, it is recommended to not exceed the recommend dosage on the label. Exceeding the recommended dosage can have adverse side effects which include elevated heart rate and high blood pressure.

Royal Jelly For Weight Loss
Boost energy and physical activity with Royal jelly

Royal Jelly And How It Works

Royal jelly is so complex that it hasn’t yet been possible to fully analyze its components which make it impossible to be synthesized in a lab.  We do know that royal jelly contains the following: natural hormones, all of the B-complex vitamins and it is rich in pantothenic acid. It also consists of nucleic acids, essential amino acids, essential fatty acids (especially Omega 3's), acetyl choline, lecithin, collagen and gamma globulin which are key component of the immune system.

Royal jelly is a honey bee secretion that is used in the nutrition of the bee larvae. It is secreted from the hypopharyngeal glands in the heads of young worker bees and used (among other substances) to feed the young larvae in the colony. If a queen is desired or needed in the hive, a chosen larva will receive large quantities of royal jelly as its only food source for the first 4 days of its growth. These rapid, early feeding triggers the development of queen bee physical properties, including the fully developed ovaries needed to lay millions of eggs.

Royal jelly is produced by removing the movable frame hives to produce queen bees. Royal jelly is collected from each individual cell when the queen bee larvae are about four days old. It is collected from queen cells because these are the only cells in which quantities are deposited; when royal jelly is then fed to worker bee larvae, it is fed directly and exclusively to them, and they consume it right as it is produced, because the cells of queen larvae are filled with royal jelly much faster than the larvae can consume it harvesters will take from these cells for pure jelly.

When humans consume royal jelly, they experience an energy boost.  When consumed on a daily basis one can feel a sustained boost of energy that can help fight fatigue and aid in sleep at night.  Some believe this is largely because of the B complex that is in the jelly and others believe it’s the unknown components that scientists still do not know how to analyze. Either way, the regular consumption of royal jelly on a daily basis can help boost energy and even aid in weight loss because of more physical activity.

Improve Energy And Libido With yohimbe
yohimbe
Yohimbe is a tree bark containing a variety of pharmacologically active chemicals. It is marketed in a number of products for body building and "enhanced male performance."  The major identified alkaloid in yohimbe is yohimbine, a chemical that causes vasodilation, thereby lowering blood pressure. Yohimbine is also a prescription drug in the United States.

Side effects are well recognized and may include central nervous system stimulation that causes anxiety attacks. At high doses, yohimbine is a monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitor. MAO inhibitors can cause serious adverse effects when taken concomitantly with tyramine containing foods (e.g., liver, cheeses, red wine) or with over the counter (OTC) products containing phenylpropanolamine, such as nasal decongestants and diet aids. Individuals taking yohimbe should be warned to rigorously avoid these foods and OTC products because of the increased likelihood of adverse effects.

Do not use this product if you are at risk or are being treated for high blood pressure, heart, kidney, thyroid or psychiatric disease, anxiety, depression, seizure disorder or stroke. Consult you health care professional before use if you are taking antidepressants, MAO inhibitor or any other prescription drug. Not for use in children, geriatric patients or women who are pregnant.

Yohimbe can help boost energy and by improving vasodilation it can improve libido function.  Look for this wonderful supplement at your local or internet health food store.  always remember with this product, more is not better, only take the recommended dose suggested on the bottle label to ensure safety.
